FAQ

Will all of my flowers be used?

Upon arrival at the studio, our designer will assess all flowers for wear and tear. Only the healthiest and most beautiful blooms and greenery will be selected for your preservation piece. We do not return unused flowers.

Will the preservation piece look exactly like my bouquet?

Your preservation piece is an artistic representation of your bouquet. Color variation is to be expected.

White flowers will often become cream colored, sometimes with a yellow tint. White Lilies, Calla Lilies, and Tulips sometimes dry with a yellow tint.

Dark red flowers rarely maintain their original color and often turn burgundy, purple, or brown, depending on the type of flower.

We cannot preserve succulents or berries.

Is there anything else I should take into consideration with resin artwork?

Please keep in mind that before we received your bouquet, it spent an entire day with you and your loved ones (out of water, potentially exposed to extreme heat) on the most special day of your life. It then spent hours in an uncontrolled climate (shipping truck/plane) before arriving at the studio for preservation.

As common with any handmade art piece, minor imperfections are to be expected.

Bubbles and natural debris are common in all resin artwork. Layer lines visible on the sides of the piece are inevitable in all pieces over 0.5” deep. These lines are not visible from the front of the piece, and do not affect the overall look of the piece.

Petals can be bruised at any point during shipping and in transit to the studio. Bruising causes translucent spots on the petals that are not visible until preservation. These spots are an unavoidable result of casting flowers in resin.

Final products should be kept away from sunlight and excessive heat. These factors accelerate the resin aging process and will likely result in ambering.
